Which distribution operators does RacordFlow generate dossiers for?+
Rețele Electrice, DEER, Delgaz Grid and Distribuție Oltenia, each with its own forms and format. The dossier comes out directly in the format of the operator for the job.
How do I know the dossier won’t be rejected?+
Nobody can guarantee the operator’s decision. Before generation, RacordFlow checks the dossier against the reasons documentation is rejected in practice and shows you what is missing. Without the mandatory documents and the client’s identification data, the dossier is not generated.
What happens to my clients’ data?+
Your clients’ data (name, CNP, address, POD code, IBAN, uploaded documents) is used only so you can work on their dossier in RacordFlow. The identity card and the bill are read automatically with Gemini, through Google Cloud, in the European Union, so you don’t have to copy them by hand; Google does not use them to train its models.
The dossier’s documents are generated from the data, and the client receives them by email, through a signing link that closes 14 days after signing. The data stays on our server in Romania: documents removed from a dossier are deleted after 30 days, a dossier that was never generated is deleted immediately, with its files, and we remove the data of a generated dossier on request.
We don’t sell it, we don’t use it for marketing and we don’t train AI models on it. Our staff open the files only for support, and every opening is logged. For your clients’ data, you are the controller; we process it on your behalf, under the data processing agreement. The providers and all the time limits are in the Privacy policy (in Romanian).
How does remote signing work?+
The client receives a link by email, opens the documents on the phone and signs on the screen. The signature goes automatically into the documents the client signs. No account, no app to install.
How many users can work in the account?+
As many as you like. The whole team works in the same account.
What if the operator asks for changes to the dossier?+
You change the data and regenerate the documents of the same dossier as often as you need.
Can I also make the client’s quote in RacordFlow?+
Yes. You draw the surfaces on the satellite map, pick the PV modules, and the month-by-month production comes from PVGIS. Savings and payback are calculated from the client’s consumption and prices, and the quote comes out as a PDF with your company logo. Production and savings are estimates, not guarantees.
Which notifications do I get?+
By email and in the app: PRAM inspections coming due, expiring warranties, calibration of measuring instruments, the ANRE endorsements of the company and its electricians, and the end of PIF tests. The administrator chooses who receives each type.
Can I make PRAM reports without a prosumer dossier?+
Yes. The PRAM module works on clients and sites, not dossiers: you open a visit, enter the values for earthing, continuity, insulation, RCDs or fault loop, and the report comes out as a PDF with the number from your company register. Values can be read from a photo of the instrument’s display; you confirm them. The inspection and the conclusion remain the signing electrician’s.
Do I have to sign a contract or talk to a consultant?+
You sign nothing on paper: you create the account yourself, accept the terms online and try it on your own dossiers, without a card. No mandatory demo, no sales calls.
